Turkey Pepperoni And Spinach Omelette With Avocado Toast

   Ingredients:     2 slices Pepperidge farm very thin sliced bread  80 cals.     8 turkey pepperoni slices  35 cals.     Half cup spinach  7 cals.     Half cup egg whites  62 cals.     14 g low fat mozzarella cheese  40 cals.     Avocado 34 g  53 cals     1 egg  60 cals.

    Salt and black pepper to taste.     Total cals 337. Protein 31 g, Carbohydrates 20 g, Fat 16 g.


1. Whisk egg whites, egg, salt and black pepper together.

2. Spray pan and pour evenly on both sides of the pan.

3. Add pepperoni and spinach as shown. Cook on low heat.

4. When cooked to desire, add cheese.
