1 Whole Egg
1 All Natural Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patty
1 Whole Wheat English Muffin
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
. Pour 1/2 cup egg whites in mixing bowl.
. Add egg and whisk.
. Add salt & black pepper .
. Heat skillet on moderate heat.
. Place turkey sausage in non-stick skillet and heat thoroughly for approximately 6 minutes. Turn halfway.
. Remove cooked sausage.
. Spray skillet with olive oil spray.
. Pour egg mixture And cook.
. Flip and cook opposite side.
. Now to assemble sandwich - Open whole wheat English muffin, spray with I can’t believe it’s not butter, then place half of the egg, next the turkey sausage, then the other half of the eggs. Then place the top of the muffin on.
These muffin sandwiches can be made in patches and frozen for later use.
