Hi My name is Lenora,
Within the first two years of my weight loss journey, I lost 15 percent body fat. I did this through healthy eating and exercise. Consistency and hard work! On my journey, my challenge was to find a healthy and sustainable way of eating that worked for me because I knew that I can do all the exercising but if I don't balance that with what I put in my mouth, I am just going to be running around in circles.Being aware of what and how much your body needs is vital to sustaining a healthy weight and lifestyle!
