Lower Body Workout!
This is what a typical Saturday lower body workout looks like for me! I thought I would post it if you would like to try it when the gym reopens😊.
Warm Up!
🔥10 minutes walking on the treadmill
🔥Leg swings - 10 on each side x 2
Workout!
🔥Superset - Leg extension 6 sets 10-15 reps
Deadlift-6 sets 15 reps
🔥Superset - Hip thrust 4 sets 12 reps
Banded Hip Abduction 4 sets 50 reps
🔥Leg Press - 3 sets 15 reps 4th set is a ladder 10 reps 10 secs rest followed by 8 reps then 10 secs rest Then 6, 4, 2.
🔥Leg Curl - 4 sets 10-15 reps.
I do also include 3 sets of 15 -20 reps of the Barbel back squat which I forgot to include in this video 😳.
When performing the exercises, the last 2 reps must be difficult so use the appropriate weight! Try to progress if you can every time you do these exercises either by obtaining 1 more rep or increasing the weight!
