This is a 15 minute upper body workout using ankle weights that you can follow along at home!
Ankle weights are highly underestimated. Try this workout! It may feel easy at the beginning but I assure you that half way through you will feel the BURN!

There are 4 exercises. The exercises are performed for 50 seconds followed by a 10 second rest to get ready for the next exercise for a total of 4 rounds.
