Family Workout!



Here is a Great Family workout!


Working out with your kids can be lots of fun! It's a great way to spend time as you push and encourage each other through the workout!!! Try it! You won't be disappointed 😊.


This is a 20 minute workout!


Do each exercise for 35 secs then rest for 15 secs for a total of 4 rounds.
