Toned Arms Workout!




Short on time! No problem! This is an intense Upper Body Workout with emphasis on the Biceps & Triceps.

I will perform the full workout so you can just follow along. A window will pop up before the start of each exercise to show what’s coming next.

Each exercise is done for 45 secs followed by a 15 sec rest. There will be a total of 3 rounds with a 1 minute rest between each round.

The exercises are:

- Bicep Curl.

- Tricep Extension.

- Hammer Curl.

- Tricep Kickback.

All of my favorite upper body exercises!

FYI - If you have more time you can make this workout longer by performing more rounds.

- If you want this workout to be more challenging then you can skip the 1 minute rest between rounds.
