Eating healthy doesn’t have to be just chicken and broccoli for lunch and dinner. I have tried many recipes. My family and I particularly like 3 of the 5 recipes in the YouTube video posted below by Domestic Geek.
The 3 recipes include:
Greek chicken and quinoa with cucumber, tomatoes and feta cheese salad
Chinese fried quinoa, green beans and garlic shrimp (most favorite)
Lemon dill salmon, steam broccoli and asparagus with white rice and parsley
Depending on you daily macros, you can limit or omit the white rice. The lemon dill salmon goes perfectly with the broccoli and asparagus without the rice. Hope you enjoy these as we do!
